ABOUT THE COACHES
Coach Cody Dunn
Director of Beach Program
Coach Cody has been around volleyball his entire life. He has played competitively for the past 13 years both indoor and outdoor. He is currently the Head Beach Volleyball Coach at Mariner High school, with years of past coaching experience of high school (Cape High) club and middle school coaching. His energy, knowledge and positive nature makes him a perfect fit for this program and our teaching philosophy. Cody brings inspiration and passion to everyone he encounters. Cody has certifications in AAU, FHSAA, AVP and USA volleyball. The athletes that go through our program will soak in the passion and love he has for the game.

Coach JT Corr
My name is JT Corr I’m from Fort Myers Florida. I’m a freshman at Webber international university. I was the 3rd pair the whole year and only lost one match. I play open in a lot of local tournaments and help coach at Bishop Verot high school!

Coach Michael Polsinelli
Born and raised in Fort Myers, Michael fell in love with beach volleyball and for the last 3 years has been obsessed with learning and bettering himself and those around him. He coaches the boys side of Cape Fear, and is Cody’s assistant coach at Mariner high school. An encyclopedia of beach volleyball, Michael is ready to share his knowledge and passion with the next generation!
Coach Thamara Moreira
Thamara Moreira, born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is a former beach volleyball athlete and four-time state champion. Recognized twice as the Best Server and once as the Best Defender in the state, she also ranked among the Top 5 beach volleyball pairs in Brazil. Throughout her career, she competed in national and state tournaments across multiple categories (U-17, U-19, U-21, U-23, and Open) and earned athletic scholarships to play indoor volleyball in both high school and college.
