Our Insane summer season is coming!
Cape Fear is excited to be able to bring the sport of beach volleyball to our female athletes in SWFL! We will be running our summer season with training for all levels!
Blue Team: We are starting for the first time ever, full 20 hour weeks that replicate a true college season! This is for only 8-10 athletes that are already committed or are about to be!
Black and White Teams: Our other teams this season are perfect for skilled athletes that are ready to improve skills and take their game to the next level.
Developmental: Never touched a ball or the sand? We got you covered! Developmental season is perfect to build a strong foundation on the fundamentals of volleyball.
College Prep Travel (Blue Team)
This team is for the athletes that want to play in college or have already committed! Only 8-10 athletes qualify for this group and it will consist of a real College Schedule with up to 20 hours a week! This is for athletes that want to experience what a college season is like with workouts and training every day.
* Season is from May 19th - July 30th
* Practices Mon. - Friday 3-6pm (10-1pm starting June 9th) at Cape Fear Courts

* We will have workouts 5 days a week before or after the practice depending on if it's weight training, conditioning or explosive work.
* We are planning 4-6 club vs club events over the season with:
1. Sandbar
2. PCA
3. BeVolley
4. Optimum
5. Volleyball Academy Miami
6. Naples Beach
* Every match will be live streamed and saved for highlights.
* Cape Fear Shirt Included (optional Summer Swag PKG available)
* Only a total of $3600 for the three months! (Easy $300 fundraiser for Sporfie to cut the cost and we will have a tournament fundraiser!)
Payment not including: Tournament entry fee, Travel, AVP Membership, Optional Summer Package
Elite Teams (Black and White Teams)
* Season is from May 19th through July 30th.
* Elite White - Practices 2 times a week for 2 hours each practice.

* Elite Black - Practices 2 times a week for 2 hours each practice.
* Workouts on Tuesday and Thursday with Dynamic Athletic Performance (Location in the Cape)
Time: 4-6pm or 6-8pm until June 9th then 8-10am or 10-noon
* There will be 3 tournaments that we travel too! Dates TBD
* Cape Fear shirt included (Optional Summer Season Package offered)
* Only a total of $1500 for the three months! (An easy $300 fundraiser for Sporfie right off the bat, and options for more!)
Payment not including: AVP Membership ($35), Tournament and travel fee)
Developmental (Pink Team)
* Season is from May 19th through July 30th
* Practices every Mon. Wed. 6-8pm (8-10am starting June 9th) at Cape Fear Courts

* Only a total of $500 for the three months!
* First 20 that sign up and pay are in! Waiting List after that.
