Hi All,
I will update thru the site on any news that would affect Cape Fear. Currently we are following all CDC, USAV and AAU guidelines. Cape Fear as a club is not holding or hosting any practices, clinics, or play of any kind. I am hoping for a quick turn on restrictions and looking forward to returning to play. Please keep the girls conditioned and hopefully they are all finding a way to touch the volleyball.
